Our Vision & How to do Business

Otorongo Crystals began as a mobile warehouse in Sprinter vans that came to your door. We conducted two major sales trips each year in the fall and early spring and often a quick top up trip in the summer. Over the next few years we will be building out a hybrid business model that will start with both van sales and webstore sales, plus additional upgrades expected to be added.   

The Otorongo Crystals brand is based on a personable and fun connection between sales reps and business owners, combined with a great selection of high-quality, high vibration crystals from all over the world. We also carry the larger and smaller “WOW!” pieces to activate your world. We are committed to offering a similar experience with our online store, so please get to know our home base team and read about the culture of the Otorongo Crystals brand in the TEAM section.   

To ensure wholesale integrity we ask that you please fill in the “Business Owner’s Application Form” and we will provide you with a buyer’s access code to the webstore.

Please go to our feedback section under resources and fill in the, “How I pick my crystals.” form. The sales rep will review your picking form and account prior to picking your order, to bring as much of you and your store into their BUYER’S EYE.

BUYER’S CHOICE

This service offers you a current picture of the open flat, for the types of products that are BUYER’S CHOICE. Pick your “Yeses and Maybe” in the webstore and we will take current pictures of your flats with gridding and/or numbers for ease of choosing. Then book an online appointment to view the pictures of the flats to make your picks and place your order.

BUYER’S VIDEO **Available by October 2020.**

Book your live video sales appointment with your sales rep and experience the freedom of virtually picking up of the crystals to examine them under the eye of the camera with your sales rep’s help.
